Dr. Ira L. Lazar, Board-certified in both internal medicine and nephrology, provides close monitoring of patients, heads the special Renal Care team, and is available to work in cooperation with the patient's own personal physicians.

Dr. Lazar is a Diplomate, American Board of Internal Medicine - Subspecialty Nephrology. He is an attending physician at Boca Raton Community Hospital and North Ridge Medical Center, and is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of Miami.

Dr. Lazar completed his nephrology and internal medicine training at the State University of New York Downstate Medical Center, Kings County Hospital and U.S. Veterans Hospital, Brooklyn New York.
