We are pleased to announce that Outreach Programs, a leader in rehabilitation, has joined us to provide physical therapy within our dialysis center. As of this time physical, occupational, and speech therapy services will be provided here for patients in need of these services. Outreach Programs is a Medicare certified therapy provider. They offer “functional rehabilitation” for individuals with a variety of physical difficulties that restrict their ability to function independently within their home environment.

The mission of Outreach Programs, as well as ours, is to provide our dialysis patients with all the help they desire to reach their optimal level of independent functioning to achieve and maintain a full, productive life. If you are interested in receiving physical, occupational, or speech therapy services please speak with our nursing staff or the nephrologist, and we will arrange these services for you.
